Ellie is the Caravan Adventuring assistant. You can ask Ellie about campsites, touring, towing and kit, and she answers in plain words. For example, ask her for adults-only sites in Norfolk, or dog-friendly parks near the coast.
Each campsite comes with its own card. The card shows where it is on a map, the weather, and nearby supermarkets and fuel. It also helps you estimate your journey and holiday costs before you set off.
Ellie uses our own campsite database and the reviews we write after every stay. We only review sites we have actually visited, and nobody pays to be included. As a result, her answers come from real touring, not adverts.
When we have reviewed a site, Ellie links to our full write-up. You can also browse all our campsite reviews. Or explore the interactive campsite map if you prefer to look around yourself.
Ellie works best with short, clear questions. First, say where you want to go. Then add what matters to you, such as hook-up, a dog walk or a quiet pitch. If the first answer is not quite right, simply ask a follow-up question.
Ellie is an AI assistant, so she can sometimes get things wrong. Always check opening dates, prices and site rules with the campsite before you book.
